The benefits of lemon cannot be overemphasized because it is just too much! For people that know me, they know my love for lemon and how I use it for almost everything, because I believe in the power of the things created around us as I think that’s part of God’s sustenance plan. So today, we’ll be talking about how to sustain our body with lemon juice.

How much can you take?
For those who weigh less than 150 pounds, squeeze half a lemon’s worth of juice into a glass of water. If over 150 pounds, use an entire lemon’s juice. You can of course dilute the lemon juice more, depending on your personal taste.
