According to Les Brown, the way you start your day matters a lot, well I think the way you start your week matters more as you have plenty days in that week that can be determined by the beginning of the week.
Let’s take the ride!
1. Go to the office with a goal in mind!
You know how funny it is praying that our week be productive yet we go to the office tabula rasa? Expecting our productivity to come from orders and directives from our superiors. Well, while it’s good to take orders, we should also have a goal of our own, no matter how little. Put your mind towards achieving something, it makes your Monday feel good because you’re excited to see yourself achieve something for the day.
2. Work Towards The Set Goal!
I don’t know about you, but the day can be a distraction to some of us, and before you know it, the day is over and nothing has been achieved. So aside having a goal, keep your eyes on the goal and try to achieve it. We all want to see Monday come to an end, but trust me if you’re not doing a thing with your time, Monday is liable to stay longer than you thought… So get busy and ensure that the goal you set, no matter how little it achieved! You know how sometimes we feel the day went by too fast? Well it didn’t, we were just too busy to be counting seconds.
Repeat these steps for the rest of the week and you’ll smile at the end of the week!
