The family of the recently crowned Edo born Queen of Trust, Nigeria, Queen Winifred Oduimoh, were very happy to welcome their daughter home in Jattu, Uzairue, Etsako west local government area, Edo state, after three months since she won the 8th edition of The Queen of Trust beauty pageant in June, which was anchored by Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim.
The welcome party was one of merriment as friends and well wishers came together to celebrate their daughter and the nation’s Queen.
Family and friends expressed gratitude to God for experiencing such a day, and spoke greatly of the Queen’s determination right from time in beauty contest. A determination which her sister said has been one of the admirable qualities about her.
The newly crowned Queen was excited to be back home with family after being away for sometime, and appreciated her everyone for turning up to celebrate and shower her with so much love. According to her, “now I know I’m also rich with people”.
With her experience in pursuing her dream, she advised aspiring Queens to be determined in their quest and not let the discouragements of people weigh them down, as they can be the best they want if they work hard enough for it.
Queen Winifred Uduimoh is a 23 year old graduate of computer science in Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, was crowned The Most Beautiful Girl In Edo State, the capital of Benin in the year 2013. She was the Miss Ambassador For Peace Niger-Delta in the year 2014/15 before representing Abuja at the national level on the 25th of June at the Aztech Arcum Stadium road, Port Harcourt, to claim The Nigerian Queen beauty pageant 2016/17.
